The Staff Accountant will perform general accounting duties as assigned.
Responsibilities- Grain settlements, contract applications, and other grain accounting activities.
- Daily invoicing and manufacturing processes.
- Freight matching for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Month end reconciliations and inventory capitalization calculations.
- Ad hoc reporting and variance analysis.
- Other related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- One year or more of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
