In this role, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly while gaining valuable experience in accounting, reporting, and business operations.

• Preparing routine journal entries and assisting with monthly financial reporting
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Supporting month-end close activities and recurring accounting tasks
• Assisting with internal and external audit and tax documentation requests
• Coding invoices and maintaining general ledger accuracy
• Updating accounting records, commission/KPI files, and financial master data
• Reviewing service accounts, leases, and contracts for updates
• Supporting a variety of administrative and accounting projects as needed

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field – or equivalent work experience
• Previous office or administrative experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
• Experience working with an ERP system is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A commitment to providing outstanding service to internal and external customers
