Senior Administrative Assistant Summary
Works as a team with other administrative staff to support activities for the Senior Management and Relationship Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provides exceptional customer service for incoming telephone calls and clients visiting the bank.
- Schedules and organizes meetings, travel, conferences and department activities for all members of the region.
- Maintains Salesforce data, performs financial record keeping, coordinates meetings and conferences, orders supplies, and works on special projects.
- Acts as project manager for special projects, including organizing client events, planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information and coordinating direct mailings.
- Answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Uses independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload, and recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
- Creates and develops agendas and visual presentations for the team.
- Sorts and distributes mail, drafts written responses or replies by phone or e‑mail when necessary.
- Acts as liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including IT, Facilities and HR.
- Handles confidential and non‑routine information and explains policies when necessary.
- Works independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Operates standard office equipment, such as computer workstations, typewriters, calculators and copiers.
- Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products and services offered at the bank.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Skilled in operating a personal computer, including advanced Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Bankway.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Experience with Google Mail.

- No travel is expected for this position.
