DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrator/Administrative Support Representative for its Olathe, KS office. Candidates should be organized, able to multitask, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. A strong administrative background and attention to detail are required.

Position Overview

Key responsibilities include:

  • Bid screening
  • Logging and tracking of jobs
  • Developing and running bi‑weekly reports, including job closings
  • Order entry for repairs, APD, hardware and portals
  • Checking account credit
  • Following up with salesmen on proposals
  • Assisting in building new business
Qualifications
  • Experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
  • Detail oriented
