Join our team as an Administrative Assistant!
The Administrative Assistant is the backbone of our operation—keeping the office running smoothly, supporting field teams, and handling essential behind‑the‑scenes responsibilities. This versatile role jumps in wherever needed, ensuring our people stay equipped, our processes stay organized, and our work stays on track.
Location:
This position is onsite at our facility in Olathe, KS.
Office Coordination — Manage daily administrative tasks to keep office operations running smoothly.
Field Support — Provide essential assistance to in‑field personnel, ensuring they have timely information and resources.
Document Management — Organize, update, and maintain files, records, and internal documentation.
Communication Handling — Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including calls, emails, and inquiries.
Scheduling Assistance — Support scheduling needs such as meetings, appointments, and team coordination.
Task Versatility — Step into various administrative functions as needed to support overall business operations.
Back‑Office Support — Assist with behind‑the‑scenes processes that keep workflows organized and efficient.
Sense of Urgency — Maintain a proactive, timely approach with a professional appearance, demeanor, and strong work ethic.
Self & Time Management — Manage workload independently, stay on schedule, and handle shifting priorities effectively.
Multitasking Ability — Balance multiple tasks at once while staying organized and composed.
Microsoft Office Proficiency — Use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint confidently for daily administrative tasks.
Flexibility — Adapt to urgent or unexpected needs, including occasional after‑hours or weekend support.
Communication Skills — Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, with a positive, supportive attitude toward colleagues.
Professional Accountability — Provide constructive feedback and correct administrative errors (time cards, expenses, time‑off requests) in a respectful, professional manner.
