Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator

, a luxury Cadillac franchise dealership
, is seeking an organized, process-driven Internal Service Advisor / Pre-Owned Reconditioning Coordinator to join our team.
This position works closely with Sales and Service Management to coordinate new vehicle pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and the complete pre-owned vehicle reconditioning process, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time and to Cadillac's high standards.
Requirements- Automotive service administration experience required
- Dealership service advisor or internal service advisor experience preferred
- Luxury automotive experience preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Coordinate all new vehicle PDIs and pre-owned reconditioning
- Work with Sales and Service Management to prioritize vehicle flow
- Monitor repairs, inspections, and vehicle status
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely vehicle completion
- Ensure all vehicles meet dealership quality standards
