• Compensation: $35,000 - $65,000
• Tool program: $1,000 in tools for new technicians

• Perform basic functions such as oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, replace wiper blades, etc., as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with service team and assigned service advisor regarding the status and any changes to repair order.
• Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Establish a finished product which adheres to factory and dealership procedures.
• Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Automotive technician experience required.
• Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification preferred.
• Proven experience in automotive maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
