Job Description

As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure supply chain continuity. You will work as part of a high‑performance team of sourcing professionals, collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders, and manage supplier relationships to achieve business objectives. You will report directly to our Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company by driving cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier relationships, and implementing best practices in procurement and supply chain management. You will continuously work to build a strong, diverse supply base.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and improve supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and practices.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Project Management or Finance.
• Proven history of driving cost savings and supplier performance improvement.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience in electrical and electronics sourcing / procurement.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of best practices in procurement and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience with supplier relationship management and supplier development.
