Department Coordinator (Olathe, KS)This role effectively coordinates field employees to ensure our services meet or exceed customer satisfaction. Experience in dispatching or scheduling is a plus.
Responsibilities- Scheduling technicians to customer job sites and finalizing job details for processing.
- Collecting customer COD payments prior to job completion.
- Keeping technicians’ schedules cleared of completed job tickets and ensuring open tickets are correctly scheduled for materials, billing, and voided tickets.
- Running, reviewing, and managing department reports to meet customer expectations and commitments.
- Assisting with billing paperwork and meeting customer billing document requirements.
- Creating and maintaining service tickets to meet service dates.
- Collaborating with the estimating team to provide service quotes when required.
- Assisting field technicians with technical/mechanical troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Providing accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling.
- Performing other responsibilities as assigned.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in dispatch or high‑volume administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills focused on customer service.
- Strong time‑management skills, organization, and ability to multitask.
