Job DescriptionOverhead Door of Kansas City is seeking to hire a Department Coordinator who will effectively coordinate field employees in Olathe, KS. This individual will ensure that our services meet or exceed customer satisfaction. Experience dispatching or scheduling is a plus.
Job Responsibilities- Scheduling technicians to customer job sites and collecting, finalizing, and submitting job details for processing
- Ensuring customer COD payments are collected prior to job completion
- Continuously ensuring technicians’ schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians’ schedules for materials ordered, billing, and voided tickets
- Running, reviewing, and managing department reports to ensure the department meets customer expectations and commitments
- Assisting with billing paperwork and meeting customer billing document requirements
- Creating and maintaining service tickets to ensure service dates are met
- Working with estimating team to provide service quotes when required
- Assisting field techs with technical/mechanical troubleshooting/problem solving
- Providing accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in dispatch or other high volume administration fields is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service
- Good time management skills, organized, and able to multi-task
