DH Pace is hiring an Experienced Project Manager to specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry at our Olathe, KS office. The Project Manager will ensure project objectives are met by the specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities for projects ranging from data centers to schools and hospitals.

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements, and allocation of resources for all project phases.
• Develop work‑plan outlines with staff, assign duties, define scopes of authority, and provide technical advice and troubleshooting.
• Direct and coordinate activities to keep the project on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; a minimum of two years of experience managing projects and budgets. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• High attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Proficient with Windows‑based programs, ERP/CRM systems, and Excel; highly preferred experience with construction software such as Procore.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required prior to hire.
