Project Manager​/Estimator; Concrete Construction

Bottorff Construction is looking for a driven, detail-oriented PM/Estimator to grow with us in the concrete construction industry.

As a Project Manager/Estimator, you'll bid, secure, and see projects through from kickoff to closeout — coordinating the planning, scheduling, resources, and communication to drive profitability and deliver concrete results.

• Review pre-construction projects and provide competitive bids to win work
• Perform accurate takeoffs and generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules
• Manage project setup including contract review, cost codes, and budgeting
• Verify drawings, mix designs, and scope of work for accuracy
• Generate submittals, RFIs, and change orders from bid day through project closeout
• Lead and participate in preconstruction and progress meetings
• Compile daily job cost reports and keep budgets on track
• Leverage BIM software for both design assist and estimating, using model data to improve accuracy and streamline the preconstruction process
• Support field layout operations by providing accurate project information and collaborating withe them to ensure proper sequencing and execution
• Coordinate with the project engineer using BIM software to ensure model accuracy, resolve conflicts, and align design intent with field execution
• Cultivate client relationships and identify new leads to support company growth
• Interest in company-paid Drone Pilot license training is a plus

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent — OR recent experience in a PM or Estimating role at a construction company
• Recent graduate to 2+ years of PM/Estimating experience in the construction industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communicator who leads with integrity and professionalism
