Position: Project Manager/ Estimator

Project Manager/Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage various construction projects in the healthcare, commercial, industrial, and religious sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating project costs, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed project estimates for construction projects ranging from $2M to $18M.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for accurate estimating.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track and within budget.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and bid documentation to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the construction industry, specifically in healthcare, commercial, industrial, or religious projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for estimating project costs accurately.
  • Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
