Perform general construction labor tasks such as material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades on concrete projects;
Support concrete foundation, flatwork, and decorative concrete operations by helping set up forms, move and place materials, and maintain a clean and organized jobsite;
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks under the direction of supervisors;
Follow blueprints and instructions to ensure concrete work meets quality and specification requirements;
Assist with operating or supporting equipment such as forklifts, gradalls, or other lifts when trained and authorized
