• Developing and delivering safety training programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 10+ years of safety leadership experience within the mechanical construction or related heavy construction industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety management systems, and risk assessment methodologies
- Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician), or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams with strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing safety programs at an enterprise level
- Proficiency in incident investigation techniques and safety auditing processes
Demonstrates extensive experience in safety leadership, compliance with OSHA regulations, and the development of strategic safety initiatives. Proven ability to lead teams, implement safety programs, and conduct risk assessments to enhance workplace safety and well-being.
