Job Summary:

To provide primary or supplemental AV services (audio, visual, lighting, box office etc.) to client programming hosted in Bell Cultural Events Center. As directed by Bell Center management, provide the level of AV support required/requested by client programming; includes set-up and tear-down responsibilities, as well as presence during rehearsals and performances.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with audio, visual, lighting, etc. needs as required by the head tech
• Assist management in running box office programming and maintaining the cash register
• Strong communication and organization skills required, including ability to engage coworkers, clients, and guests (general public) clearly and professionally
• Ability to interact and work with others, and under time constraints and deadlines
• Ability to frequently lift/carry/move objects up to 20 lbs (and often greater)
• Flexible work schedule, including weeknights and weekends as dictated by event calendar

Qualifications:

Audio, visual, lighting and/or box office experience preferred (training available as necessary)
