• Establish and maintain customer relationships, following up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
