Position: Customer Service Rep- $18hr. Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who will respond to and resolve customer questions or concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction. This role is based in one of our fast‑paced customer contact centers and involves daily direct interaction with customers about pricing, billing, scheduling, and service issues.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving service, billing or other customer issues.
  • Document customer information and call history accurately for future reference.
  • Process orders for new services requested.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Terminix products, services, marketing promotions and special offers.
  • Prepare correspondence and coordinate with other functions as necessary to resolve issues.
Qualifications
  • High school graduate or GED required.
  • Prior customer service or call center experience desired but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Problem‑solving ability and clear explanation of solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
