The City of Olathe is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at the Downtown Library. Pay ranges from $18.25 to $19.90 per hour based on qualifications. This role serves as the first point of contact, assisting patrons with inquiries and managing library accounts.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in customer relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential. Additional skills in Spanish and ASL are preferred.
