Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a Front Desk Associate to manage day-to-day front desk operations, process guest check-ins, and contribute to member retention through superior customer service at our club.
Responsibilities include answering phones, handling messages, knowing club amenities, and maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere. CPR certification is required or obtained within 60 days. Weekend/evening/holiday availability is expected.
