Customer Service Representative

Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! Rapid advancement potential!

Position is a full‑time entry‑level role based at Branch 3272 located at 1113 E Sante Fe Olathe, KS 66061. The role focuses on customer service, cash handling, loan processing, and collections. The Representative will work rotating shifts and some Saturdays, with Sundays off.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment (preferred)
• Safe, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with maintained auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance is essential
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
