You will provide basic technical customer support for Garmin consumer products via phone, email, chat and web posts, escalating issues as needed and documenting interactions for timely follow-up. Hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a focus on professional customer service, collaboration with teammates, and ongoing product knowledge
