Talent Bridge is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an onsite role in Olathe, KS. This 3-month contract position offers $18.50 per hour on W2, with Monday–Saturday shifts from 10am to 7pm and two rotating days off weekly.
The role involves assisting customers and partners by phone and email to ensure timely delivery and service excellence. You will address complaints calmly, diagnose and resolve issues, and monitor delivery routes while processing changes or cancellations to orders.
