• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years customer service experience, including payment processing
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through
• Comfortable using a PC and standard office equipment

• Experience supporting payments and finance programs
• Familiarity with agricultural industry products or related fields

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of relevant customer service experience

• Availability to attend the annual convention
• Ability to provide onsite customer support during events
