Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is proud to partner with a locally owned, community-focused organization in search of Customer Service Representatives to join their diverse and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that supports some of the nation's most recognized brands, including Lowe's, Amazon, Target, and Walmart.

Schedule:

Must be available to work an 8 hour shift with 2 days off:
Mon-Fri, 1pm to 10pm

What You Will Do:

+ Manage service requests and work orders received electronically and by phone

+ Verify and qualify customer requests to ensure accurate processing

+ Coordinate technician check-ins/check-outs and dispatch purchase orders to subcontractors and service teams

+ Provide timely, knowledgeable customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

+ Maintain accurate records and complete additional administrative tasks as needed

What we are looking for:

+ At least 1 year of customer service experience

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Comfortable handling a high volume of customer interactions

+ Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

+ Technically savvy and comfortable learning new software systems

+ Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, banking, food service, call centers, or office support are encouraged to apply

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olathe, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
