Garmin Ltd. is seeking a full-time Product Support Specialist - Automotive at its U.S. headquarters in the Greater Kansas City area. You will provide basic technical customer support for Garmin consumer products through calls, emails, chats and web posts, and escalate issues when needed.
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; you will document work, stay current on policies, and collaborate with teammates to ensure timely resolutions and high-quality service.
