Indian Creek Library, part of the City of Olathe, seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative II to greet patrons, manage library accounts, and assist with programs and events. You will respond to inquiries in person, by phone, or online, ensuring a positive library experience.
Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years in customer relations or administrative work; bilingual abilities are a plus. This role offers KPERS benefits and a schedule of 20–29 hours per week.
