Fry Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dependable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team working primarily in our Olathe and Ottawa offices
.
Our front desk team plays an important role in creating a great experience for every patient and family who walks through our doors. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, has a positive attitude, communicates well, and likes being part of a busy, energetic team.
Dental or orthodontic experience is not required. We provide training!
If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, healthcare, or another people-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

As a Front Desk Coordinator, you'll help create the first and last impression our patients and families have during their visit.
- Greeting patients and families with a warm, friendly welcome.
- Checking patients in and out for their appointments.
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments.
- Answering and assisting with incoming phone calls.
- Helping patients and families with questions.
- Communicating with the clinical team to help keep the patient schedule running smoothly.
- Keeping the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout each patient's visit.
- Assisting with other front-office responsibilities as needed.
- Representing Fry Orthodontics positively when communicating with dental offices, patients, families, and members of our community.
