Fry Orthodontics is currently hiring a full‑time Orthodontic Dental Assistant to join our team serving our Northwest Olathe and Lawrence offices
. We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, enjoys working with people, and is excited to learn.
No experience required! We provide the training you need to become successful in orthodontics.
Great hours: Typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no nights or weekends.
Flexible workweek: Work approximately 4–5 days per week.
Competitive pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour.

What You’ll DoAs an Orthodontic Dental Assistant, you’ll work directly with our doctors and patients throughout their orthodontic treatment. With training and support from our experienced team, you will learn how to:
- Assist with braces and Invisalign treatments.
- Prepare patients and treatment areas for appointments.
- Educate and support patients throughout their treatment.
- Sterilize, package, and maintain instruments.
- Prepare, clean, and disinfect treatment bays.
- Assist with laboratory and sterilization duties.
- Help keep the clinical area organized, safe, and running efficiently.
- Provide friendly, timely, and exceptional service to every patient.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Dental or orthodontic experience is not required.
- Previous dental experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
