Radiant Grin Solutions LLC is looking for a talented and passionate Associate Dentist to join our growing practice in Olathe, KS! This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care in a supportive, professional environment where your skills and dedication truly make a difference.
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Provide a full range of general dentistry services including restorations, extractions, and preventive care
- Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on comfort, safety, and positive outcomes
- Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic imaging to assess oral health conditions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive dental practices
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited program
- Active dental license in the state of Kansas (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in general dentistry; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and basic surgical dental procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
