• Design innovative residential and commercial landscape projects throughout the Kansas City metro.
• Develop comprehensive landscape plans that integrate grading, drainage, planting design, hardscapes, outdoor living spaces, lighting, water features, and other site amenities.
• Conduct site analysis and create creative, practical solutions tailored to each property's opportunities and challenges.
• Guide clients through the design process with professionalism, creativity, and exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with Production, Estimating, and other internal teams to ensure projects are installed according to design intent.
• Visit project sites throughout construction to provide design support and maintain Epic's standards of quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and teammates.
• Continue developing your knowledge of landscape design, construction methods, plant materials, and industry trends.
