Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school district in Olathe, KS is seeking a qualified School Psychologist on a contract basis. This role involves providing psychological services to support student learning and well-being within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop intervention plans.
- Provide counseling and support services to students.
- Assist in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulations.
Desired
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
- Experience conducting assessments and counseling in school environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
