Sagebrush is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in ministry. Whether your calling is Worship Ministry, Creative Arts, Production, Youth Ministry, or Adult Ministry, we have an apprenticeship program to teach you the knowledge and skills you need to pursue your calling and spread the message of Christ. This rigorous program is designed to help you develop a well‑rounded professional skill set through a combination of industry‑leading formalized training sessions and specialized on‑the‑job training with experts in the field.
You will receive guidance on navigating nuanced, real‑world situations, giving you a strong foundation to build your career.

- Maintains a Christ‑centered way of life that aligns with Sagebrush beliefs and mission.
- High school Diploma or equivalent required. A related Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- A teachable mindset, seeks continuous improvement, and values the opinions of others.
- Determination and drive to pursue goals with excellence.
- Attend all Residency training sessions. Be an active participant in discussions and projects.
- Complete assigned tasks with excellence, maintaining a teachable attitude.
- Develop professional skills in the workplace such as: organization, communication, professional writing.
- Additional responsibilities and job duties that vary based on area of study.
