Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Simulation and Tutoring Expert to elevate student learning in a mission-driven, student-centered environment. In this role, you will design and facilitate high-fidelity simulation experiences, guide students through skills practice, and provide individualized and group tutoring to strengthen clinical judgment, critical thinking, and NCLEX readiness. You will collaborate closely with faculty, maintain simulation technologies, develop remediation resources, and track learner outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate high-fidelity nursing simulation scenarios aligned with course objectives
- Provide individualized and group tutoring to support nursing student success
- Assess learner performance and deliver constructive feedback on clinical judgment and skills
- Collaborate with faculty to integrate simulation and tutoring into curricula
- Maintain simulation lab equipment, manikins, and related technologies
- Develop learning resources, remediation plans, and skills practice activities
- Track and report student progress and outcomes to faculty and leadership
- Ensure compliance with academic, accreditation, and safety standards in simulation
- Support orientation and ongoing training for faculty using simulation tools
- Contribute to a student-centered, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment
