Design Practice Leader, Digital Engineering

Flagship Kansas is seeking a Design Practice Manager responsible for leading the digital transformation efforts within the firm. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing digital design technologies and tools, specifically within AEC disciplines. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance design workflows. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience with tools such as Civil 3D and Bentley applications.
