Bowl Attendant

Job Description:

At Main Event, our Bowl Attendant’s set the stage for our Guests by providing a warm welcome and serving as their information source for all activities and specials!

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests, promoting activities based on their needs.
• Troubleshoot lane malfunction calls.
• Issue and clean bowling shoes; maintain shoe organization.
• Escort guests to their lane, assist with lane set up and ball selection.
• Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards.
• Process payment transactions and welcome guests back.
• Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and/or lanes; complete side duties.

• Prior food and beverage or retail experience a plus, but not required.
• Guest focused mindset.
• Teamwork is a must.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize multiple systems that support the business.
• Effective communication with management, team members, and guests.
• Availability to work days, nights and/or weekends.

Hourly rate: $7.25 – $13.75 per hour.
