Auto Dealership Finance Manager

• Manage the financial aspects of auto dealership vehicle transactions, including obtaining auto financing for customers, processing deals accurately, explaining financing options and additional products, maintaining relationships with lending institutions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and more.
• Structure auto finance deals, secure lender approvals, and finalize financing paperwork between customers, the dealership, and lenders.
• Present additional products such as extended warranties and GAP insurance to enhance customer value.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.

• Previous experience in automotive dealership finance or as an F&I manager is required.
• Fully versed in automotive leasing and special finance.
• High ethical standards with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Computer proficient, a good work ethic, and professional appearance.
• Able to prioritize tasks and has good time‑management skills.
