** Financial Analyst
** to join our FP&A team and help shape the financial insights that guide our global strategy.

As a Financial Analyst at JBTM, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

The FP&A Analyst will conduct finance analysis of JBTM Group with the purpose to respond pro-actively to (ad-hoc) and requests from CEO, CFO and other members of the Executive Team (ET).
** What You’ll Do
*** Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
* Run variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Play a key role in our strategic and operational planning cycles
* Build financial models for business cases and strategic initiatives
* Monitor KPIs and translate insights into meaningful recommendations
* Prepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive Team
* Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions
* Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting
** What You Bring
*** Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar
* 2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
* Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidently
* High attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindset
* Experience in multicultural, cross-functional environments
* Bonus:
Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., One Stream)
