Summary Of The Job
At First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO), you’ll have the opportunity to support customers on their financial journeys by getting to know them and providing tailored financial recommendations.
About This RoleIn your role, you will gain an understanding of each customer’s unique needs to provide the best recommendations. You’ll handle everything from simple transactions to ensuring customers are saving enough for retirement. Branch managers work on the floor with the team and offer in-depth training to help you proactively engage with customers.

- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Retail banking experience preferred

Compensation And Benefits OverviewStarting pay for Personal Banker positions is $22 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on experience, education and skill level.
