Job Overview
This position is open for the entire market and will be based on a financial center location that aligns with business needs. If offered, you will train at one financial center and may subsequently move to another within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by law.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities, including accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients.
- Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self‑service resources.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Effective collaborator who builds and nurtures strong relationships.
- Passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients’ financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Effective and confident communicator, comfortable engaging all clients.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Confidence in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manage time and capacity.
- Focused on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Can be flexible to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
- Bilingual – Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish highly desired.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- At least one year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or a business‑related associate degree (business management, business administration, or finance).
Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) – Hours per week: 40.
