Count and document quantities, types, and values of returned material;
Inspect returned products for restocking appropriateness and determine if customer warrants credit;
Code damaged or inferior products with the appropriate damage code and annotate the invoice;
Separate and stage for return processing and ensure quantities match the return sheet and invoices
