Underwriting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assess and underwrite Financial Services risks in banking, insurance and investment segments
• Analyze financial statements, exposure data and loss history to determine pricing and terms
• Develop and implement risk strategies aligned with Zurich's risk appetite and profitability targets
• Ensure compliance with internal underwriting guidelines and external regulations
• Collaborate with brokers, clients and internal stakeholders to structure tailored insurance solutions
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends and recommend corrective actions
• Prepare clear underwriting documentation, referrals and approvals
• Support innovation and sustainability initiatives within the underwriting portfolio
