Business Banking Officer

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Business Banking Officer to build and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients. In this role, you will develop new business through networking and referrals, analyze financial statements, structure credit solutions, and recommend appropriate lending and treasury services. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with small and mid-sized business clients
• Prospect and generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Analyze financial statements and cash flow to assess creditworthiness
• Structure and present loan proposals and credit solutions
• Cross-sell banking products including deposits, treasury services, and cash management
• Monitor portfolio performance, renewals, and covenant compliance
• Collaborate with credit, treasury, and retail teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, regulations, and risk management standards
• Represent the bank in community and business organizations
• Maintain accurate pipeline, call reports, and client documentation
