Business Development Officer

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks an AVP, Business Development Officer to grow commercial and community banking relationships. You will source and cultivate business clients, analyze credit needs, and structure lending and treasury solutions. Partner with internal teams to deliver tailored banking, wealth, and cash management services. Responsibilities

• Source and develop new commercial and business banking relationships in target markets.
• Conduct financial and credit analysis to understand client needs and risk profiles.
• Structure and present lending, deposit, and treasury solutions tailored to business clients.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients through proactive relationship management.
• Collaborate with credit, treasury, and wealth teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client information in CRM systems.
• Represent the bank at networking, community, and industry events to expand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, credit policies, and risk management standards.
• Prepare proposals, term sheets, and presentations for client meetings.
• Contribute feedback on market trends to inform product, pricing, and strategy decisions.
