Business Banking Solutions Specialist

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Business Banking Solutions Specialist to support small and mid-sized business clients with tailored banking, lending, and cash management solutions. You will assess client needs, recommend appropriate treasury, deposit, and credit products, and coordinate with relationship managers to deliver seamless service. Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary specialist supporting business banking relationship managers and their clients
• Assess business client needs and recommend appropriate deposit, lending, and cash management solutions
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and implementation of treasury and cash management services
• Support preparation of financial information and materials for credit decisions and renewals
• Monitor client accounts, proactively identify opportunities, and assist with cross-sell of banking solutions
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver seamless service
• Participate in community and business development activities aligned with the bank's relationship-driven culture
