Opportunity
This role serves as the primary point of contact for all government related activities and ensures all contractual, financial, reporting, and regulatory obligations are met. The position also supports strategic growth through proactive funding research, proposal development, and partnership coordination.
Government Contract Management- Manage and administer government contracts at the federal, state, and municipal levels.
- Serve as the primary liaison with contracting officers, grant administrators, and agency representatives.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, timelines, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled accurately and on schedule.
- Identify and pursue government grant opportunities, including monitoring funding announcements across federal, state, and local agencies.
- Lead proposal development and submissions, including coordinating narratives, budgets, and required documentation.
- Build stakeholder relationships and track grant status, awards, and reporting requirements to ensure compliance and success.
- Assist leadership with government relations and funding strategy initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and reports related to funding activities and contract performance.
Bachelors
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
- Familiarity with SAM.gov, Grants.gov, and state procurement portals.
- Demonstrated success managing government contracts, grants, and/or public funding programs.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal contracting and grant processes.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract/grant management systems.
- US Armed Forces Veteran.
- Experience preparing grant proposals and managing compliance reporting.
