Spavia Day Spa Overland Park is hiring part-time and full-time Guest Advisors. Spavia Day Spa is a luxury Day Spa located at the new Boundary at Bluhawk Shopping Center in Overland Park, Kansas. Spavia encourages guests to take time away from everyday stress and "Relax, Recenter, and Renew". We provide select treatments that best suit guest's needs and desires and our therapists and estheticians care about the well-being of guests and provide each spa treatment in the most personalized, professional manner possible.

We offer a variety of massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty treatments in a relaxing and calm setting. We offer memberships and our amenities include Men's and Women's retreat rooms, locker rooms, herbal teas, spa robes, spa sandals, and a warmed aromatherapy neck pillow for the ultimate spa experience, plus so much more. A busy membership base keeps schedules steady, and our services are all supported by paid training, a collaborative team, and room standards that make great treatments repeatable.

• Greeting and assisting guests
• Scheduling appointments and answering phones
• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.
• Maintaining a beautiful spa, retail space, and reception area
• Work with a team that values professionalism, kindness, and growth

• Articulate speaker with an ability to multitask
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• A calm, caring energy and passion for helping others
• Sales and Customer Service experience a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, and Multiple Calendars a plus

Schedule & Benefits

• Hourly base + membership sales commissions, retail commissions, and performance bonuses.
• Extra pay from membership sales, retail sales & bonuses
• Full-time or part-time
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• Typical shift 6-8 hours
