Join Our Team as an Industrial Medical Provider About the Role

Unify Health Services is seeking dedicated medical professionals—EMTs, LPNs, Paramedics, and RNs—to join our team of healthcare innovators. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you will play a key role in supporting the health and well‑being of industrial athletes in a dynamic, on‑site setting.

This PRN position (hours not guaranteed) is based in Tomahawk, with potential shifts available Monday through Thursday, 5 AM to 1:30 AM (10‑hour shifts), and occasional opportunities on Fridays and Saturdays.

Experience the fast‑paced world of occupational health within a large manufacturing plant. Your mission is to safeguard the health of industrial athletes as they work to meet production goals. Safety equipment is provided, and the role requires adaptability and readiness for hands‑on care.

• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN certification or licensure in your state
• CPR/BLS
• Six months to one year of professional experience

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Experience administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health, and OSHA regulations

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor to overhead
• Stooping and forward bending
• Occasional keyboard/computer work
• Occasional lifting of 30–50 lbs

• Provide immediate care for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the medical center
• Conduct new hire physicals and assessments
• Deliver health and wellness education and administer vaccines
• Perform return-to-work evaluations, including UDS and BATs
