Responsibilities- Advocate of Empathy – responsible for understanding the importance of empathy and creating human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

- Engaged Egghead – be curious, ask questions, and pursue development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Proactive – assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- At least 18 years of age.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- English reading, writing, understanding, and communication skills.
- Positive and energetic attitude; love for residents.
- Computer skills (printing documents, entering resident information).
- Ability to perform physical tasks: stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
- Criminal background check clearance.
