The University of Kansas Health System - 20930 West 151st Street - Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.;
Verify patient information and ensure completion and signing of appropriate paperwork.;
Enter/update patient demographic and insurance information in the computer system accurately and timelily.;
Maintain appointment scheduling, coordinate, and adjust patient appointments according to requests and provider schedules.;
Answer telephones, screen calls, route or transfer calls to appropriate staff, and provide information as needed.
